On the afternoon of March 2nd, our institute held a lecture contest for new young teachers in the conference room of the college. Dean Zhang Bin presided over the event.

Zhang Bin pointed out that lecturing is an important measure to improve the teaching level of young teachers, and hopes that young teachers will carefully organize the teaching process, stand on the podium, create high-quality classrooms, continuously improve the teaching level and ability, and enhance the practical effect of the ideological and political class in casting souls and educating people. Guo Xue, He Jinmei, Zhou Xuan, Xu Shu, Ma Jingyang, Zhang Hailei, Li Nan, Ma Hailei, Li Qingwen, Hu Keke, Bai Lulu and other young teachers respectively carried out a comprehensive display of the curriculum's learning situation analysis, learning objectives, teaching design, teaching methods, teaching content, key difficulties, assessment methods and other aspects. The teachers' teaching emotions were full of emotion, clear thinking, full preparation, and novel content design, which was highly affirmed by the participants. Zhang Bin, Zhou Ning, Wang Cheng, Qian Hehui and Li Jiawu combined their years of teaching experience to make wonderful comments on the relevant issues in the lecture process and put forward opinions and suggestions. Finally, Zhou Ning summarized the lecture and encouraged young teachers to continuously improve their teaching level and make more contributions to comprehensively improving the teaching quality of the ideological and political science class.

This lecture activity is one of the measures of the college to improve the teaching ability of teachers and promote the professional development of teachers, enhance the overall design ability of young teachers on related courses, and also build a platform for the learning and exchange of young teachers, and further promote the growth and development of young teachers.
