Zhang Bin conveyed the spirit of the special meeting on the school's epidemic prevention and control work, and the faculty and staff of the hospital should resolutely overcome the paralyzing thoughts, war-weary emotions, fluke psychology, and slack mentality, strictly abide by the requirements of the school on epidemic prevention and control work, guard the door, manage the people well, prepare good things, respond to the emergency, and take responsibility, and strictly implement the prevention and control regulations of non-emergency do not leave the school, non-emergency do not leave the city. At the same time, he stressed that all teachers should stand on the podium of the ideological and political class, strictly implement the responsibility for ideological work, and do a good job in teaching ideological and political theory during the epidemic.

At the meeting, Zhang Bin informed the main work carried out by the college recently: the construction of the great ideological and political science class has set up a special class, and the project construction has been continuously promoted; the re-examination of graduate students has been successfully completed; and the work of the college's career development assessment, party building assessment, teacher morality assessment, and teaching quality assessment has been completed. He pointed out that it is necessary to overcome difficulties, do a good job in key tasks in accordance with the semester work plan, and ensure the high-quality realization of the annual targets.

At the meeting, the middle-level and section-level cadres of the college made an annual work report and successfully completed the democratic evaluation work.
