Professor Zhou Ning of Our College Was Invited to Attend “the Seminar on Online Teaching Experience Exchange of Ideological and Political Course”
On May 29, 2020, the “New situation, New task, New challenge: Seminar on online teaching experience exchange of Ideological and Political Course” was jointly sponsored by Marxism school of East China University of Political Science and Law, Marxism college of Shanghai International Studies University, Marxism college of Donghua University and Marxism college of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law through zoom platform. Professor Zhou Ning was invited to attend the conference.
The conference focused on the deep integration of Ideological and political courses and modern information technology, online teaching methods and effectiveness of Ideological and political courses. Zong Aidong, secretary and deputy director of the Party branch of Shanghai Student Moral Education Development Center, attended the conference for guidance. Professor Wang Zhidong, President of the Marxism college of Donghua University, Professor Zhao Mingqi, President of the Marxism college of Shanghai International Studies University, and Professor Xu Junfeng, Secretary of the general Party branch of the college of Marxism, Shanghai University of political science and law, made a statement in proper order.
Professor Zhou Ning made a report named “Online teaching of Ideological and political course based on ‘One Platform and Three Terminals’ of Chaoxing Erya and Tecent Classroom. He introduced the course of online and offline blended teaching reform when started before the breakout of novel coronavirus pneumonia, and summarized and shared experience of online teaching of Ideological and political course on the basis of the online teaching attendance rate and classroom discussion during the pandemic period.
In recent years, our college has attached great importance to the teaching reform of Ideological and political course, and vigorously promoted the online and offline mixed teaching reform based on “One Platform and Three Terminals” of Chaoxing Erya. In addition, we have successfully applied for 3 Provincial MOOC Projects, 2 Provincial Smart Classroom Pilot Projects, and 2 Provincial Excellent Course Projects. This online seminar strengthened the communication with Marxism college of Universities located in Shanghai , showed the achievements of teaching reform in our college to a certain extent, and expanded the influence of Ideological and political course teaching.
