On the afternoon of November 18, the theme lecture meeting of model · master in the classroom - reform pioneer was held in the lecture hall of Qiuzhen building, Longhu east campus, which was sponsored by our university and jointly organized by the College of Marxism, the school of Arts and China Xiaogang Research Institute. Yang Ye, deputy secretary of the University Party committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Li Jinzhu, the first Secretary of Xiaogang village Party committee, and Yan Junchang, Yan Hongchang and Yan Lihua, the winners of the reform pioneer medal, were invited to give keynote speeches to teachers and students. The main leaders of the Propaganda Department, the College of Arts and the school of Marxism, members of China Xiaogang Research Institute, teachers of Ideological and political courses, and some student representatives attended the meeting. Li Chao, Minister of publicity department, presided over the report meeting.

Yang Ye pointed out that Xiaogang Village in Fengyang is the birthplace of China's rural reform, and the big contract more than 40 years ago opened the prelude to China's rural reform. All along, the school attaches great importance to the theoretical research and education guidance of the history of the party, the history of new China, the history of reform and opening up, and the history of socialist development. This year, China Xiaogang Research Institute was set up to strengthen scientific research on rural reform and opening up, interpret the value of the times of Xiaogang spirit and refine the spirit of reform and opening up. Yang ye asked the teachers and students attending the meeting to combine this activity with the study of four histories, especially the history of China's reform and opening up; to improve the teaching effectiveness of Ideological and political theory courses; to create a campus cultural atmosphere to learn from advanced models; and to hold high the society with Chinese characteristics when building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and starting a new journey of socialist modernization in an all-round way We should not forget our original intention and mission, and contribute our own strength to promoting the cause of the party and the country.

Yan Junchang, Yan Hongchang and Yan Lihua, the pioneers of reform, narrated the reform history of Xiaogang Village and the earth shaking changes of Xiaogang Village in the course of rural reform and development from different angles by combining their own experience and using plain language. Li Jinzhu described the current situation of reform and development of Xiaogang Village in the new era from seven aspects: the care of the party and state leaders, the obvious improvement of the cohesive force of grass-roots party organizations, the further sublimation of rural reform, the further consolidation of industrial foundation, the obvious enhancement of people's sense of happiness, the Enlightenment of the reform and development of Xiaogang Village, and the future of Xiaogang village.

Before the theme report, Yang Ye issued the appointment certificate of social practice guidance teacher of Ideological and Political Theory Course for Yan Junchang, Yan Hongchang and Yan Lihua, and awarded the appointment certificate of social practice guidance teacher for graduate students of Marxist theory to Li Jinzhu.
