On the afternoon of November 22nd, our college and Bengbu Education Institute jointly held the second forum on integrated construction of ideological and Political courses in primary and secondary schools. More than 30 experts from School of Marxism, School of Education and Science of Bengbu Education Bureau, Bengbu College and primary and secondary schools in the city attended the meeting. The forum is divided into two stages: the opening ceremony of the Research and Practice Base of Integration of Ideological and Political Courses in Large, Medium and Small schools and the collective lesson preparation meeting under the theme of Citizens' Basic Rights

During the first stage of the forum, Zhang Bin, secretary of the General Party Branch and president of the College, Liao Xilin, Deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office, and Luo Shixin, director of the Education Section of the Education Bureau, made speeches successively. They fully affirmed the positive significance and important contribution of the series of forums to the integrated construction of the ideological and political courses in Bengbu city, and put forward expectations and suggestions on the integrated research and practice of the ideological and political courses in Bengbu city based on the requirements of the education and teaching reform of non-students' ideological and political courses. On behalf of The College of Marxism, Zhang Bin signed cooperation and co-construction agreements with Bengbu No. 6 Middle School, Bengbu Normal Affiliated Primary School and Mushan Primary School Education Group respectively, and unveiled the foundation together with representatives from all parties.

In the second stage, the second primary school headmaster Zhang Jing by the Bengbu Fengyang road, Bengbu high education group Qiu Yan experimental middle school teachers citizens' basic rights elementary school and junior high school teaching practice, the participants respectively from university, high school, Rome middle school and primary school students, the topic teaching target, content design, methods of using such as how to organic connection, has carried on the exchange has risen in a spiral and fully available for discussion and experience sharing. Shi Xuzhai made a summary of the meeting, and he mainly put forward his opinions and suggestions from the perspective of constitutional system design and constitutional theory interpretation on the subject of basic rights of citizens and the distinction and cohesion of the sections.
