On the afternoon of March 3rd, the school held a symposium on young teachers' development in the meeting room. Zhang Bin, secretary of the general party branch and Dean of the school, Zeng Juan, deputy secretary of the general party branch and president of the trade union branch, Zhou Ning, vice Dean of our school, head of the teaching and research department and all the young teachers attended the symposium. Zhang Bin presided over the symposium.

Zhang Bin stressed that young teachers must establish a correct political stance, strengthen the ideological guidance of Party building, and do a good job in ideological and political teaching and academic research. Zhou Ning introduced the current situation of teaching and scientific research of the school and encouraged young teachers to improve their teaching skills and scientific research ability. Zeng Juan encouraged young teachers, do a good job in basic teaching and scientific research work, should participate in the activities of the teaching and research department, party branch activities and trade union activities. Young teachers at the meeting held heated discussions on personal development planning. The heads of the teaching and research departments also put forward valuable opinions and suggestions to the young teachers present.
