On the afternoon of March 17, the spirit report meeting of the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress jointly held by the school of Marxism, the library and Information Center (Library) and the school of management science and engineering was successfully held in our university.Cui Jianmei, representative of the National People's Congress, President and Secretary of the Party committee of Bengbu first experimental school education group, was invited to give a special guidance report.Some teachers and graduate students from the school of Marxism, the library and information center and the school of management science and engineering attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Bin, Secretary of the general Party branch and Dean of the school of Marxism.

In the report, representative Cui Jianmei mainly introduced the grand occasion, spirit, main contents, participation and performance of Anhui delegation.She emphasizes the specific requirements and arrangements for education in the government work report, and further clarifies the important guiding role of <The 14th five year plan for national economic and social development of the people's Republic of China and the outline of long-term goals for 2035> in the process of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.This paper focuses on the contents of <The decision of the National People's Congress on improving the electoral system of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region>.Representative Cui said that the successful holding of the two sessions reflects the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee. As a representative of the education grassroots front, the mission of attending the meeting is glorious and the responsibility is great.
