On April 29, the Theoretical Seminar on a century since the founding of the party: China's rural reform and Rural Revitalization jointly held by the Institute of rural development, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Anhui University of Finance and economics and Xiaogang Village, Fengyang County, was held in Xiaogang Village, Fengyang County. Du Zhixiong, Secretary of the Party committee of the Institute of rural development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Yang Ye, deputy secretary of the Party committee of Anhui University of Finance and economics, Wang Junqing, deputy secretary of Fengyang county Party committee of the CPC, Zeng Yesong, researcher of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, Gong Yun, vice president of the school of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Chen Wensheng, Professor of the school of Marxism of Hunan Normal University attended the opening ceremony. More than 50 representatives of universities, scientific research institutions and government departments from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, Beijing Normal University, Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences and Anhui Xiaogang Cadre College, as well as more than 150 experts and scholars from <China's rural economy><people's daily><farmers' daily><economic daily> and other periodical media attended the meeting. The opening and closing ceremonies of the seminar were presided over by Li Jinzhu, member of the Standing Committee of Fengyang county Party committee and first Secretary of Xiaogang Village, and Li Xinlong, executive vice president of Xiaogang cadre college.
Du Zhixiong congratulated on the smooth opening of the meeting. He said that 2021 is the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the first year for the party to lead the people of the whole country to complete the task of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and start a new journey of preliminarily realizing socialist modernization.In his speech at the closing ceremony, Du Zhixiong believed that the conference not only reviewed the history of China's reform, but also concerned about the current situation of rural development, and achieved important academic achievements.
Yang Ye welcomed the experts and scholars who came to the meeting and expressed his gratitude to the friends from all walks of life who have been concerned about and supported the development of the University for a long time. He believes that the three rural issues is one of the important issues of China's social revolution since modern times. Looking back to the glorious history of our party in the past 100 years, our party has attached great importance to the theoretical and practical issues related to three rural issues since its establishment.
Wang Junqing expressed his gratitude to the experts and scholars attending the meeting. He briefly introduced the historical evolution and development status of Xiaogang Village in Fengyang County.
The seminar is divided into expert keynote report, reform of big responsibility leader talk, sub forum discussion, academic practice investigation and other links.Du Zhixiong, Zeng Yesong, Gong Yun, Chen Wensheng and Li Jinzhu delivered keynote reports respectively. The experts attending the meeting focused on the study and education of party history and based on the scientific concept of party history, and made in-depth explanations on China's rural reform and Rural Revitalization.
The seminar focused on the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, focused on the strategy of rural revitalization, and conducted in-depth theoretical discussions on Party building guidance, reform of rural collective property rights system, innovation of Rural Revitalization system and mechanism, research on new cooperatives, personnel training, and rural civilization construction, so as to continue the spirit of Xiaogang and boost the happiness of Xiaogang, Starting a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and boosting the smooth realization of the second century goal, it provides theoretical reference and experience thinking in rural reform and Rural Revitalization.
