On May 9, the exhibition of teaching party history by famous teachers of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities of Anhui Province and the inaugural meeting of the new teaching guidance committee of Ideological and political theory courses in Colleges and universities of Anhui Province were held in shaoquanhu campus of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine in Hefei. Qian Guilun, Secretary of the Education Working Committee of the provincial Party committee, delivered an important speech at the meeting. Wang Peigang, deputy secretary of the Education Working Committee of the provincial Party committee, presided over the opening ceremony and made four requirements for the work of the education executive committee. Wang Houlin, director of the ideological and Political Department of the provincial education department and the Education Working Committee of the provincial Party committee, read out the list of the new teaching steering committee of Ideological and political theory courses in Colleges and universities of Anhui Province. Wang Xianjun, chairman of the Committee and Secretary of the Party committee of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine, explained the organizational setup and personnel composition of the new committee, and made plans for the main work of the Committee in 2021.

Professor Zhang Bin is appointed as the member of the Teaching Committee of the Ideological and moral and rule of law Teaching Committee of China's higher education institutions. The Xi Jinping's introduction to socialism with Chinese characteristics is vice chairman of the steering committee. Professor Zhou Ning is appointed as the member of the teaching guidance Committee of the outline of China's modern history. Wang Xianping was appointed as a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Ideological and political theory course for postgraduates. In the afternoon, Professor Zhang Bin presided over the group discussion of the sub Teaching Committee of Ideological and moral and rule of law course, and made a report and exchange at the conference.

Three professors of our school have been employed as members of the Teaching Guidance Committee of Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities, which is highly affirmed by the Education Working Committee of the provincial Party committee and the Provincial Department of education. The school will take this opportunity to further strengthen the teaching reform of Ideological and political course, and strive to play a greater exemplary leading role.
