On the afternoon of September 9, Dean Zhang Bin and his party went to Bengbu Sluice project management office and had a preliminary discussion with Director Liu Bo and Secretary Tian Xusheng of Bengbu Sluice management office on building a collaborative innovation center of research base.

Zhang Bin first made a basic introduction to the construction history, discipline teaching and the situation of the Academy, and expounded the original intention, process and future direction of the establishment of the research base. Liu Bo extended a warm welcome to our school and introduced the history of Bengbu Sluice in detail.

Liu Bo introduced the achievements of Bengbu sluice in the construction of ecological facilities, water conservancy culture and clean government education base, and hoped to maintain regular cooperation with our school, give full play to each other's characteristics and advantages, and promote co construction and exchange. The two sides reached a preliminary intention to build a collaborative innovation center of research and learning base.
