On June 5, under the guidance of the Provincial Education Working Committee, the Ideological and Political Department of the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Institute of Educational Sciences, the Provincial Expert Guidance Group for the Integration of Ideological and Political Courses in Primary and Secondary Schools, the Integration Community of Ideological and Political Courses in Universities, Primary and Secondary Schools of the Ministry of Education (Anhui University of Finance and Economics), and the Provincial University Network Ideological and Political Work Center jointly sponsored the Seminar on the Integration of Ideological and Political Courses in Primary and Secondary Schools in Anhui University of Finance and Economics in Hefei Center. Wang Houlin, Director of the Ideological and Political Division of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Department of Education, Liu Xinyue, leader of the expert guidance group, Yu Changzhi, secretary of the Party Committee and deputy leader of the expert guidance group of Ma'anshan Normal College, Yang Xiaojun, editor-in-chief of People's Video of People's Daily Online, and Zhang Yaxin, deputy secretary of the party committee of the school, attended the seminar. More than 70 people attended the seminar, including members of the expert steering group for the integration of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools at the provincial level, representatives of the leading units of 18 provincial integration communities, and media representatives. The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhang Bin, Secretary of the General Party Branch and Dean of  the School of Marxism.

On behalf of the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Education, Wang Houlin congratulated the convening of the seminar, and reviewed and studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the construction of ideological and political courses in schools. He pointed out that it is necessary to continuously improve the ideological understanding of the integration of ideological and political courses, earnestly attach great importance to the integration work, strengthen practical exploration, and constantly improve the quality and level of integration construction. He stressed that this meeting is not only a seminar, an exchange meeting, but also a promotion meeting, and the integrated community should continue to deepen their studies, in accordance with the work deployment of the Central New Era School Ideological and Political Course Construction Promotion Committee and the arrangement of the Provincial Party Committee, do a good job in various construction tasks, and constantly promote the connotative development of ideological and political course construction.

Zhang Yaxin expressed his sincere gratitude to the leaders and experts at all levels who have long been concerned about the development of the school, and introduced the development of our school in recent years. He pointed out that this seminar is an important measure to learn and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the construction of ideological and political courses in schools, and that our school, as the leading unit of Anhui Province in the integration of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools of the Ministry of Education, has always attached great importance to the integration of construction, and has taken pragmatic measures to actively implement the important decisions and arrangements of the central government, and has worked hard to improve quality and efficiency, and has achieved phased results. He looked forward to taking this seminar as an opportunity to further promote the integration of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools in the province to achieve richer results.

Liu Xinyue made a report on the work of the expert guidance group for the integration of ideological and political courses in the province. He reviewed and summarized the main work of the steering group in recent years from three aspects: leading and guiding the overall promotion, linkage and strengthening, and brand building and highlighting characteristics, and arranged the next step of the work around five key aspects.

Yu Changzhi and Liu Xinyue presided over the exchange and discussion respectively. Liu Xinyue made a summary of the meeting. Zheng Jian, executive deputy director of the Provincial University Network Ideological and Political Work Center, and Hao Jun(general manager of the People's Video Government and Enterprise Division) respectively introduced the construction achievements and technical support. The integration community of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools of the Ministry of Education and 18 provincial-level integration communities made speeches and exchanges. The experts at the meeting discussed the Provincial Standards for the Construction of Ideological and Political Courses in Primary and Secondary.
