Recently, in order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the National People's Congress and the National People's Congress, the college invited Professor Wu Meifang, a representative of the National People's Congress and director of the Party Building Teaching and Research Department of the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, to give a report on the situation and policy theme of conveying the spirit of the second session of the 14th National People's Congress. 

Wu Meifang gave a comprehensive explanation of the spirit of the two sessions from the basic situation of the meeting, the spirit of the theme, and the participation of the Anhui delegation, focusing on the important spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's participation in the deliberations of the Jiangsu delegation, visiting members of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, members of the scientific and technological circles, environmental and resources circles, and delegations of the People's Liberation Army and the People's Armed Police Force attending the CPPCC meeting, and giving in-depth guidance on the government work report, the Organic Law of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, and the National People's Congress fully listening to the opinions of the deputies. Wu Meifang said that to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National People's Congress and the National People's Congress, we must focus on new quality productivity and high-quality development, firmly grasp the primary task of high-quality development, and develop new quality productivity according to local conditions. The whole report was rich in content, lofty in concept, and easy to understand, which resonated with the teachers and students attending the meeting, and everyone said that the two sessions were inspiring and urging people to forge ahead.
