In order to further improve the news writing ability of our student leaders, on the evening of March 27, our school invited Mr. Fan Jintan, a teacher from the News Center of the Party Committee Publicity Department of the university,to carry out a special training in the multifunctional hall on the second floor of the Mingli Building. The student leaders of Graduate Student Association and all graduate students of 2023 attended the training.

Fan Jintan took the news published on the website of our school as an example, and combined with his rich working experience, he gave a detailed explanation around the four elements of the title, introduction, theme and ending and the five aspects of news photography. He emphasized that news writing should grasp the most important elements of news; when taking news photos, the pre-preparation work should be done well.

Through the training, students have a deeper understanding of the basics of news writing and photography, which plays a positive role in further standardizing and improving the level of student leaders' news writing.
