On October 23rd, the college invited Li Jinzhu, member of the Standing Committee of the Fengyang County Committee of the Communist Party of China, Minister of the United Front Work Department, and First Secretary of the Xiaogang Village Party Committee, to give a keynote speech on the theme of doing a good job in 'agriculture' and promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.
